Seiko – one of the best known consumer brands worldwide in the field of accessories and manufacturer of high-quality spectacle lenses – has developed a new lens for sports people. Since March 2008 skiers, golfers, tennis players and mountain bikers have been enjoying perfect vision up to the outer edges of their Seiko Sportstech lenses, no matter what their activity.

This was made possible by using extremely high curved lenses which fit very well into wrap-around spectacle frames – these are frames with higher curves that are currently trendy as sunglasses not just in fashion but also in sports. Seiko Sportstech lenses are good-looking as the index 1.67 guarantees the thinnest premium quality. All sports people and fashion fans can also choose an individual tint from a variety of 200 colour options.

Seiko Optical Europe GmbH (Willich) develops, produces and distributes high-quality organic spectacle lenses and titanium frames of the world-famous Seiko brand. Seiko Optical Europe GmbH is a 100 % subsidiary of Seiko Optical Products Co., Ltd., Tokyo, operating worldwide. It belongs to Seiko Holdings Corporation comprising the widely known Seiko Watch Corporation and Seiko Precision Corporation as well as numerous other companies.
